How to start an LLC in Illinois

Forming an Illinois LLC generally involves choosing an available business name, designating a registered agent, and filing Articles of Organization with the Illinois Secretary of State.
You'll also want to consider an operating agreement, annual report filings, applicable tax obligations, required licenses, and other documents relevant to your business.
Illinois requires an LLC to continuously maintain a registered agent and registered office in the state.
DocDraft helps you organize the information and prepare relevant legal documents as you work through these decisions.

18. Default. If rent is late, Landlord may demand payment by giving Tenant written notice allowing at least five days to pay2; if Tenant does not pay in full within that time, Landlord may end the lease and file an eviction action.
If I pay part of the rent during the five days, does the notice still count?
